1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Veal.Trade website, Discord community, trading journal application, and any associated tools or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

2. Nature of Services

Veal.Trade is an educational community focused on trading discussion, analysis, and tool development. The Services include but are not limited to:

• Access to the Veal.Trade Discord community
• Trading journal and analytics application
• Custom TradingView indicators (PineScript)
• Educational content on market structure, macro analysis, and trading psychology

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content, trade ideas, analysis, market commentary, and educational materials shared through Veal.Trade are for informational and educational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No content shared by Veal.Trade or its community members should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
• All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk.
• You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
• Veal.Trade and its operators are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments, including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, and other derivatives, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should be aware of the following:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance of any trading strategy, indicator, or community member does not guarantee future results.
• Options trading involves additional risks, including the possibility of losing more than the initial investment in certain strategies.
• Day trading and short-term trading carry heightened risks due to market volatility, leverage, and transaction costs.
• You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

5. Trading Journal & Data

The Veal.Trade trading journal application is a personal record-keeping and analytics tool. By using the journal, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import.
• Analytics, metrics, and calculations (including tax estimates) are provided as informational tools only and should not be relied upon for tax filing or compliance purposes. Consult a qualified tax professional.
• Third-party data integrations (including market data providers) are subject to their own terms of service and availability.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use the journal at your own risk.
• We do not sell or share your personal trading data with third parties.

6. Custom Indicators & Tools

TradingView indicators and other tools provided by Veal.Trade are for educational and informational purposes. They are not trading systems and do not guarantee profitable outcomes. No indicator can predict future market movements. You are solely responsible for how you use any tool or indicator provided.

7. Community Conduct

As a member of the Veal.Trade community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
• Not provide or present yourself as providing financial advice to other members.
• Not share or redistribute proprietary tools, indicators, or paid content without authorization.
• Not engage in market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or other illegal trading activities.
• Not spam, harass, or post inappropriate or offensive content.
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in removal from the community without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, indicators, branding, and materials associated with Veal.Trade are the intellectual property of Veal.Trade and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Veal.Trade content without explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services including Discord, TradingView, broker platforms, and market data providers. Veal.Trade is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veal.Trade, its operators, contributors, and community moderators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any trading or investment decisions made based on information obtained through the Services.
• Financial losses incurred from trading activities.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or tools.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veal.Trade and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Account & Access

Access to certain features may require authentication through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Veal.Trade reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Modifications

Veal.Trade reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
